The preheater system is divided into a suspended preheater system and an off-kiln pre-decomposition system with a decomposition furnace. Its main components include a cyclone, an inner cylinder, a feed pipe, an expansion joint, a flap valve, and an ascending air duct (decomposition furnace), among which the inner cylinder is a key component, and the inner cylinder has a greater impact on the energy consumption and output of the entire preheater system. The inner cylinder of the preheater can be divided into two categories according to its structural type: an integral inner cylinder and a segmented (combined) inner cylinder.


At present, the inner cylinder of the cement preheater generally adopts heat-resistant steel hanging pieces, but the inner cylinder of the preheater has special working conditions such as high temperature and high-speed airflow, excessive alkali content, and excessive chloride ions. The corrosion of harmful substances accelerates the scouring of materials, causing the heat-resistant steel hanging pieces to be quickly oxidized and corroded, and the slag falls off layer by layer, thereby blocking the preheater and forcing the kiln to be shut down for maintenance. The heat-resistant steel preheater is lower than the service life of the kiln lining, resulting in asynchronous maintenance, which greatly affects production. Our company has independently developed a new type of nano-composite high-strength ceramic inner cylinder hanging piece, which solves the technical difficulties of the brittleness and thermal stability of the inner cylinder of the preheater on the current market.


The new nano-composite high-strength ceramic preheater inner cylinder is a chromium-free, environmentally friendly and energy-saving new material that replaces the heat-resistant steel inner cylinder. It is mainly used in cement preheaters. This product is produced with all ceramic raw materials and does not contain metallic chromium at all, which completely eliminates the chromium pollution of the original heat-resistant steel products; the product has good sealing and separation effects. After use, it can greatly improve the circulation efficiency and heat exchange efficiency of the preheater, and ultimately improve the overall production efficiency of the production line, while reducing the heat loss caused by poor sealing. The use of this inner cylinder can reduce energy consumption; the product has good toughness and strong corrosion resistance, and its service life is 3 to 5 times that of the original heat-resistant steel products, which greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves the operation rate of the kiln.
