The rotary kiln refers to a rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as a rotary kiln), which belongs to the category of building materials equipment. According to the different materials processed, the rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln. Cement kiln is mainly used to calcine cement clinker, which is divided into two categories: dry process cement kiln and wet process cement kiln.
The cement rotary kiln is a circular cylinder that rotates at a low speed. It is a device for calcining cement clinker. It relies on the wheel belt on the kiln body at a certain slope and is placed on several pairs of supporting wheels. It is driven by a motor or hydraulic transmission. Through the large and small gears of the kiln body, the cylinder rotates within a certain speed. The raw material is fed from the high end (kiln tail) and moves to the low end (kiln head). The combustion is blown in from the low end to form a flame, and the raw material is burned into clinker through the complex physical and chemical changes of the four natural zones of carbonate decomposition, exothermic reaction, burning and cooling. It is discharged from the kiln head and the smoke is discharged from the kiln tail.
Both the guard plate and the chain of the rotary kiln need to be heat-resistant. We use special alloy steel combined with advanced casting technology to produce them. The metal surface of the product is plated with zinc, nickel, cadmium, composite plating and other coatings to prevent corrosion. Our products support customization. You only need to provide the product picture or name and our products are widely used in rotary kilns of Chinese cement plants. Our product quality is recognized by factories in the industry. In recent years, our products have also been sold overseas, mainly used in cement plants. We have professional engineers for design and a complete after-sales service system. The service life of our products is 1.5 times longer than that of ordinary products, which is the feedback from customers.
