The jaw plates of jaw crushers are divided into fixed jaw plates and movable jaw plates, which are wear-resistant parts of jaw crushers. When the jaw crusher is in operation, the movable jaw is attached to the movable jaw plate to perform a compound pendulum motion, forming an angle with the fixed jaw plate to squeeze the stone. Therefore, the jaw plate is a relatively easy-to-damage accessory in the jaw crusher.

The jaw crusher is composed of a working chamber formed by a movable jaw and a fixed jaw. The movable jaw and the fixed jaw are subjected to huge crushing force and friction of materials, and are easily worn. In order to protect the jaw plate, wear-resistant lining plates are generally installed on the surface of the movable jaw and the fixed jaw. This lining plate is also called a crushing plate. The surface of the crushing plate is usually made into a tooth shape, and the angle of the crushing plate tooth peak is 90°~120°. Its size depends on the nature and size of the crushed material. When crushing large pieces of material, the angle should be larger; when crushing small pieces of material, the angle can be smaller. The size of the tooth pitch depends on the particle size of the product.

When working, the upper and lower parts of the crushing plate wear at different speeds, and the lower part wears faster than the upper part. When the jaw crusher is working, the crushing plate is in direct contact with the material and bears huge crushing force and friction of the material. The service life of the crushing plate is directly related to the working efficiency and production cost of the jaw crusher. Therefore, it is particularly important to extend the service life of the crushing plate of the jaw crusher. The jaw plate is the most consumed in the production of the crusher, so the quality must be strictly controlled in the selection of talents. It can also be said that the quality of a crusher is actually based on the service life of the jaw plate. The crusher casing is generally not easy to damage.

Zhili new material professional production of dynamic jaw plates and static jaw plates. According to the different models of jaw crushers, there are various models and sizes. The jaw plate is made of high manganese steel(Mn13Cr2/Mn18Cr2), high manganese steel inlaid alloy rod, high manganese steel + surfacing, high chromium cast iron, alloy steel and other materials, suitable for jaw crushers of various specifications.
