December 21 is a traditional festival of the Chinese nation, the winter solstice in the twenty-four solar terms. As the saying goes, "When the winter solstice comes, eat dumplings." There is also a saying that "the winter solstice is as big as the New Year", and every household has the custom of eating dumplings to celebrate the winter solstice. In order to enrich the cultural life of employees and inherit the energy "home" culture, Zhili New Materials Company organized a team-building activity of making dumplings to let employees feel a different kind of warmth in the cold season.
All employees of the company participated in this activity, and everyone had a clear division of labor, mainly washing vegetables, mixing stuffing, mixing noodles, rolling dough, making dumplings, and boiling dumplings. Everyone was full of energy, and everyone chatted about family matters while making dumplings, creating a happy and peaceful atmosphere. There was constant laughter and joy, and the taste and warmth of "home" was everywhere. After several hours of busy work, exquisite dumplings of different shapes were presented to everyone. Looking at the dumplings they made, everyone's faces were filled with excitement and pride. We took photos of some wonderful moments during this event, which also allowed us to discover the other side of everyone's life and deepen the relationship between colleagues.
Through this dumpling-making activity, not only did the employees feel the strong atmosphere of the winter solstice, but also enhanced the relationship between colleagues, allowing everyone to feel the warmth of the company, and further enhanced the team cohesion and sense of belonging of employees.
